Among the consultant missions we carry out, market studies are the most important for your project. Four steps are necessary to carry out a market study: 1 Define your project – 2 Analyze the demand – 3 Analyze the offer – 4 Analyze the project environment. Once your project is defined, we are able to carry out three types of market research for your company. The first two studies are specific to the design phase of your project. the third study is intended for companies already in operation, with at least one year of activity.

  • A pre-study of feasibility to enlight the environment of your project and essentially the constraints of launching and carrying out the activity. the result of this study is an objective and fundamental decision-making tool to pursue.
  • A specific sector study this study will provide you with all the assets to launch your activity in full knowledge of your market target.
  • Technical and economic viability study this study is intended to provide you all the necessary indicators for fundraising (bank or private)

After having been duly mandated, we carry out all the administrative procedures necessary for the creation of your activity. Registration of articles of association, opening of the company’s bank account, signing of leases, notarial registration of contracts, etc… so many steps for which consultant missions are suitable. you won’t need to move at first.

The consultant missions are also there to answer your request on the availability and the conditions of acquisition of the raw materials necessary for your activity. Depending on your sector, we search for existing sources of supply at local, regional or national level. Whether agricultural products, raw materials or service providers, the possible inputs necessary for your activity will be accessible for your use.

We organize your marketing campaigns, surveys, enqueries etc… in order to collect statistical data, promote your products or present your activity. We can also organize and lead seminars specific to your activity.
